## Description

Solicitation SPE300-26-R-0023 was solicited as “Other than Full and Open competition” in accordance with the RFO FAR 6.103-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Servies will Satisfy Agency Requirements.

This is a notification that an award has been made IAW 10 U.S.C 3204(a)(1), Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition, as a contract to Sysco Raleigh, LLC dba Sysco Foods of Raleigh “Sysco Raleigh” (CAGE Code 4MF15), to continue to provide Prime Vendor services to customers in the North Carolina Area. This contract, SPE300-26-D-3016, will have a period of performance of 329 days from May 17, 2026, through April 10, 2027, or until the award of a new contract.

This is a Justification and Approval (J & A) for full line distribution and is being posted IAW requirements of FAR Overhaul 6.301(b). A copy of the J&A and the Solicitation/Statement of Work is attached to this notice.
