The following changes have been made to the Solicitation SPE300-26-R-0014 in the issuing of this Amendment effective February 12, 2026: “The solicitation has been hereby amended to remove the original schedule of items (Attachment #1) and replace with (Revised Attachment #1Schedule of Items). Solicitation SPE300-26-R-0014 will not be extended. Offers are still due by 5 March 2026; 3:00pm EST. All other terms and conditions of the Solicitation remain unchanged.
