This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. Solicitation SPE300-25-R-0049 is designed to place Market Ready Milk and Dairy Products, all fully competitive, on contract(s) for various Department of Defense (“DoD”) customers in the North Carolina Zone. The resultant contract will be issued as a firm-fixed price Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with two pricing tiers for all items for the entire term of the contract. The contract period is expected to be from July 6, 2025 to July 8, 2028. Tier 1 will be from July 6, 2025 to July 3, 2027. Tier 2 will be from July 4, 2027 to July 8, 2028. This acquisition will be issued on an unrestricted basis. The total length of the contract will be three (3) years. It contains one (1) twenty-four-month tier and one (1) twelve-month tier. The solicitation contains one group: **Group 1:** Fort Bragg and Camp Lejeune, North Carolina All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by DLA Troop Support.
