## Description

Solicitation SPE300-24-R-X023 is designed to place Market Ready Fresh Milk and Dairy items, all fully competitive, on contract(s) for various Department of Defense ("DoD") customers at Meridian Naval Air Station in the Mississippi zone. The resultant contract will be issued as a firm-fixed price IQC with EPA applied to Class I fluid milk items.

The contract period is expected to be from November 10, 2024, to November 13, 2027. Tier 1 will be from November 10, 2024, to November 7, 2026. Tier 2 will be from November 8, 2026, to November 13, 2027. The solicitation contains one group: Meridian Naval Air Station, Mississippi All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by DLA Troop Support.

Copies of the solicitation will be found on https://sam.gov/content/home (SAM.gov) in a future posting and the DLA-EBS Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. If not registered; prospective offerors will be required to do so prior to reviewing and downloading a copy of the solicitation. Request for Proposals (RFP's) are in the Portable Document Format (PDF). In order to download and view these documents, prospective offerors will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.

The software is available free at http://adobe.com It is anticipated the solicitation be issued on or after August 15, 2024. The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions with offerors. Therefore, the offerors initial offer should contain the offerors best terms from a price and technical standpoint. However, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if later determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary.

The Government may reject any or all offers if such action is in the public interest; accept other than the lowest offer; and waive informalities and minor irregularities in offers received.
