## Description

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA Troop Support) intends to support the needs of its customers by entering into one (1) Simplified indefinite-delivery contract (SIDC) to supply Fresh Milk, Other Dairy and Ice Cream Items to Group I –Montana.

These delivery points require indefinite quantities of Fresh Milk, Other Dairy and Ice Cream Items for delivery beginning March 10, 2024 to March 07, 2026. Market Ready Fresh Milk, Other Dairy and Ice Cream items, all fully competitive, on contract(s) for various DoD customers in Montana area. For all Class I fluid milk items, the EPA will be applied in accordance with DLAD 52.216-9032(see in Statement of Work) throughout the contract.

Pricing for all other items will remain firm fixed for the entire term of the contract. All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by DLA Troop Support. Copies of the solicitation will be found on the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. If not already registered, prospective offerors will be required to do so prior to viewing and downloading a copy of the solicitation. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF).

In order to download and view these documents, prospective offerors need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://adobe.com. The solicitation issue date is today 01/16/2024. The Close Date of the solicitation is 02/06/2024 at 3:00 P.M. EST.
