Solicitation number [SPE2DV-26-R-0001] is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) for domestically manufactured Halyard Sterling SensiGuard (SG) Nitrile Powder‑Free Examination Gloves in six sizes, from Extra Small (XS) through Extra-Extra Large (XXL). The contract will include a one (1) year base period and two (2) additional six (6) month option periods. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. The annual usage estimates will be provided in the Schedule of Supplies section of the solicitation. A non-competitive, sole-source acquisition strategy is being utilized pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) (as implemented by FAR 6.303-1, Only One Responsible Source) and further justified under justified under 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(3) (as implemented by FAR 6.103‑3, Industrial Mobilization).
