## Description

In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 7.107-3(b)(1), this notice is to inform the public that the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) has made a determination to consolidate the requirements for the following items:

**Attachment / NSN:** 8415-01-611-8235 7. Helmet Mounted Integrated Targeting System (HMIT Attachment) / NSN: 8415-01-690-0205 The determination was made on March 27, 2026, and it has been concluded that this action is necessary and justified. The detailed justification for this decision will be published with the forthcoming solicitation, as required by FAR 7.107-3(b)(2). The solicitation for this requirement will not be publicized prior to 7 days after the publication of this notice. This notice serves as the public announcement of the agency's determination. All interested parties are encouraged to monitor the Government Point of Entry (GPE) for the release of the solicitation.
