This acquisition will result in a firm-fixed price, fixed quantity type contract for four (4) shipments of Strap,Involuntary,Restraint (NSN 8465-01-515-1156) for a total quantity of 2,000 boxes (BX). Each box should have 100 each of Strap,Involuntary,Restraint (NSN 8465-01-515-1156). Deliveries will be made to the following DLA Troop Support’s third party logistic (3PL) depots: VSTG - Peckham Inc. (Lansing, MI), VSTJ - Pendergrass Distribution Center (Pendergrass, GA), and VSTZ - Travis Association for the Blind Austin, TX). The total production lead-time is 120 days or less after the award date. The applicable NAICS code is 315990 – Apparel Accessories and Other Apparel Manufacturing; the business size standard in number of employees is 600. The planned acquisition will be issued on a restricted basis, total small business set-aside, in accordance with FAR 19.502-2. The government intends to make a single award to the responsible offeror whose proposal meets all the terms and conditions of the solicitation and submits an overall price that is determined to be fair and reasonable by the contracting officer. The solicitation will be issued on F.O.B. destination in accordance with FAR 47.304-1(g)(5) and inspection and acceptance at destination. All offerors MUST be registered in SAM to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit offers which, if timely received, shall be considered.
