The vendor MUST be capable of delivering all devices and having them operational by 1 May 2025. Base POP: 05/01/2025 – 07/31/2025 (3 months) OP1: 08/01/2025 - 08/31/2025 (1 month) OP2: 09/01/2025 - 09/30/2025 (1 month) The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this RFI nor will the Government compensate any respondent with costs incurred in developing the information provided to the Government.
