## Description

DLA Information Operations has a requirement for professional services assisting with the Enterprise Workflow Support Capability (EWSC) and to provide associated technical support. EWSC is an enterprise- wide Information System (I.S.) whose mission is to support DLA customers by providing tailored software solutions to assist in performing individual business processes and/or meet workflow-based business requirements.

EWSC is considered an administrative enabler, providing DLA customers real-time data exchanges with the ability to implement business processes, track metrics, and automate work products efficacy, thereby improving productivity / reducing costs incurred to the Government.

The current iteration of EWSC consists of a multi-tenant virtual infrastructure supporting approximately 1,000 end user?s world-wide and around the clock. The EWSC core architecture is currently built upon the Commercial Off-The Shelf (COTS) product RSA Archer version 6.4 and leverages Out of the Box (OOB) software configurations (with no customizations) to meet the Government?s needs.

This is because the RSA Archer product offers the Government with a highly configurable software suite to meet individual customer workflow requirements with infinite expansion availability. There are currently four (4) DLA customer solutions deployed within EWSC, each distinctly configured via RSA On Demand Application (ODA) licensing with numerous records, data fields, dashboards, and reports. However, the number of solutions and underlying applications within EWSC is anticipated to increase over the duration of the Task Order as future customers are integrated.
