**Objective:** The objective of this RFI is to provide services to sustain and grow Generative AI and BOTs for DLA ICAM Automation - Agile Framework Implementation. J62FG Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) requires a new Artificial Intelligence (AI) contract to automate ICAM across Saviynt and OKTA platforms, enhancing security, compliance, and operational efficiency. AI Automation will improve Segregation of Duties management, Governance Risk and Compliance, it will enhance security efficiency across the Enterprise
