## Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12.. core requirements of DLA Energy Quality Technical Directorate’s (QTD) purchase of a 5-year subscription with the Energy Institute (EI) at the Technical Partner level. EI shall provide unlimited access to the resources available to members at the Technical Partner level to registered users from DLA Energy, the U.S. Army, the U.S. Navy, and the U.S. Air Force.
