Quote are due by 11 PM (EST) on Friday, May 22nd. Quotes must be emailed to Contracting Officer (KO), Elizabeth Dickstein, listed as the Primary Point of Contact under this solicitation notice. It's the Government's intention to award without discussions, however, the Government and the KO retain the right to conduct discussions if necessary.
