Unit must have High and Low pressure, pneumatically driven pumps. Unit must have the ability to supply required pressures and hold indefinitely, as in no internal leakage or pressure loss to hoses, control valves, gages etc. Contractor is responsible for initial setup of test unit. Contractor is responsible for suppling operation and maintenance manuals. System must be “turnkey” after setup. Contractor must supply all necessary connectors, hose, hardware, etc. On-site training (1 day) for 5 associates at DSCC, DLA Land and Maritime Product Test Center, Mechanical Lab, VTM, Columbus, OH to be included in purchase. Initial calibration to be included in purchase and certifications provided. Overall Pressure Measuring Parameters must be 0-20,000 psi. Must include a minimum of 5 different pressure gage ranges.
