## Description

This requirement is for the purchase of online credits for student kits from Blanchard Training and Development Incorporated for the Introduction to SL II Concepts for Human Resources Training. The material is in support of the SLII Concepts – A Situational Approach to Leadership courses which utilize self-assessment instruments. These electronic materials are provided to each participant in the classes. They will receive electronic versions of The SLII Concepts Student kits, Facilitator kits and platform handling.

The copyright holder, Blanchard Training and Development Incorporated, is the only allowable source available to provide this material. Quotes must be submitted by November 6th, 2025 at 1200 EST to Becky Hard at Becky.Hard@dla.mil
