## Description

Amendment 0004 is issued as follows:

1. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation close date from 4/16/2025 to 4/23/2025 at 1300 hours EDT.

1. The purpose of this amendment is to remove clauses and provisions in accordance with Executive Order 14173, Ending Illegal Discrimination and Restoring Merit-Based Opportunity dated January 21, 2025 and Executive Order 14168, Defending Women from Gender Ideology Extremism and Restoring Biological Truth to the Federal Government.
