## Description

The Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support require contractor support on an as needed basis to provide Communication Access Real-Time Translation (CART) services and Sign Language Interpreter services on-site, off-site and remotely to the Deaf and Hard of Hearing at the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, 700 Robbins Ave., Philadelphia PA 19111.
