## Description

DLA has a brand name requirement for the Pro V software that is compatible with existing ente1prise suppo1i solutions and is the only DoD approved software to perfo1m these actions. The Pro V software has been in use at DLA for approximately fifteen (15) years. Directo1y Services seeks to continue to provide the DoD Visitor service used across DLA. This service is critical in support DLA's mission and their integration with mission paiiners.

In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, the Tangible Security brand name is essential to the Government's requirements and market research indicates that other companies' similar products and services do not meet, or cannot be modified to meet, the agency's needs. The required Tangible Security ProV provides critical suppo1i to DLA's ente1prise Infonnation Technology (IT) operations and is necessaiy to suppo1i DLA's existing Tangible Security ProV environment. As such, it is essential to the Government's requirements.
