## Description

The proposed bridge contract modification must be issued on a sole-source basis to the incumbent, Advantage Solutions Inc. (ASI), because the agency’s need for the services is so urgent that providing a fair opportunity would result in unacceptable delays and cause a break-in-service. Given that ASI is currently carrying out these duties, it is essential that the bridge contract modification be executed without delay.
