## Description

The purpose of Amendement 0001 is to:

1. Change the solicitation from 100%  Small Business Set-Aside to  Unrestricted.

2. Add  Attahcment A Water Sampling Test 2026 and Attachment B Water Sampling Test-On Call 2026.

3. This soliciation is being extended until 09/18/2026 at 10am EST.
