## Description

Amendment 0002 is hereby posted to clarify and update the CLIN structure Amendment 0001 is hereby posted to answer questions, see attachment This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being issued to establish a firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase to lease 6 (six) portable latrines & trailer pumping IAW Statement 1 – Statement of Work for DLA Distribution Susquehanna, PA (DDSP).

The Government intends to award one (1) purchase order as a result of this RFQ and will be issued on a Standard Form (SF) 1449. This acquisition is not a Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rated procurement. The period of performance is for a base year and two one-year options. Vendors must provide unit prices rounded to two decimal points in their quotes.
