## Description

Amendment 0001 is attached. It incorporates questions/answers from prospective vendors and extends the due date for quotes.

This request for quote (RFQ) is for the monthly drop-off and pick-up of portable latrines at DLA Distribution Pearl Harbor for a 12 month period to begin 1 September 2025. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, labor and supervision necessary to provide rental portable latrines for DLA Distribution Pearl Harbor. Qty 12 months Vendor to bring/drop off monthly-AC (Air Conditioned) 2banger (Men's and Ladies). Pump and sanitize latrine weekly.
