The requested access to their CLETS system are for a DLA Distribution San Joaquin. This is a unique and direct connection was established years ago at the time of the first request, directly through the county connection. There is no other authorized service for this Law Enforcement requirement. Additionally, CLETS regulations and laws are governed by the State of California and therefore, it is required to go through the local county for these service requests. Failure to use the CLETS for this service requirement will result in mission failure regarding the mission of vetting individuals for installation access. Interested contractors may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Responses should be marked with reference “CLETS” in the subject line. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
