Pursuant to the exception under FAR 6.302-1 RFO 6.103-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements), only TECHNICA, LLC is capable of providing the services at this time; award to any other source will result in unacceptable delays and would preclude DLA from reacting timely to requirements. The modification to Task Order SP330025F5022 will serve as a temporary solution to fulfill immediate mission requirements. A follow-on procurement is in process. A Justification and Approval document supporting this modification will be posted to SAM.gov as part of this notice once executed. This is not a solicitation for proposals or an invitation for bids.
