This software package provides loading capabilities of published prices into Oracle Energy Downstream (OED). In addition, the software package conforms to DLA Energy's IT security compliance policies. The delivery period will be for twelve (12) month period (01/01/2025-12/31/2025). This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations; however, any challenges to this sole source must be received in writing and sent to dlaea.bps@dla.mil to be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether or not to compete this requirement. Challenges must include information sufficient to enable the Government's needs as stated herein.
