## Description

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Specialized Laboratory Testing Services in the Continental United States (CONUS) with the intent to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with multiple vendors.
