**336411 Aircraft Manufacturing Place of Performance:** Army Contracting Command – Redstone, 5303 Martin Road Sparkman Center, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898, USA Purpose: This Sources Sought is to assess available and viable Brigade (BDE) Level Uncrewed Aircraft System (UAS) candidates for a follow-on demonstration in support of the United States Army Maneuver Elements. Additionally, these UASs may fulfill a Directed Requirement initiative or future Urgent Capability Acquisition. The UAS must be 2020 NDAA Sec 848 and 2023 NDAA Sec 817 compliant or demonstrate a path to compliance.

**Background:** The Army’s Program Executive Office (PEO) Aviation, Project Manager (PM), Uncrewed Aircraft Systems, seeks information on available, production ready, and cost-effective UAS as an interim capability. The Army requires a Vertical Take-Off and Landing (VTOL) platform to continue training proficiency for BDE use, operator continuity, and facilitate Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP) development at up to eight sites.

The system’s mission characteristics include a field-level reconfigurable, modular payload capability to execute the primary mission of Reconnaissance Surveillance and Target Acquisition (RSTA), secondary mission of communications relay, and enhanced mission set of lethal payload delivery and electronic support.
