If a solicitation is issued, it will be announced on the GPE, https://www.sam.gov, at a later date. The Contractor shall provide lodging, conference space, developmental activities, food, eating area with staff to set-up, serve, and clean the area. The space must have the capacity to host up to 40 couples or 30 singles in a relaxed, non-stressful environment. The space must be at least 40 miles from Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), AK and be open during all seasons, year-round. The Contractor shall also have the capability to accept payment via Government Purchase Card (credit card). Attached is the Statement of Work for full requirement details.
