## Description

Amend 0001 is hereby issued to provide Q&A and to extend the delivery date to August 08, 2025 at 03:00 PM (MT). PART I – THE SCHEDULE 1. SOLICITATION/CONTRACT FORM The Department of Human Health and Human Services (DHHS), Indian Health Service (IHS) with the Albuquerque Area Office (AAO), has issued a solicitation 75H70725Q00091 for Remote Medical Coding Non-Personal Healthcare Services for Zuni Comprehensive Community Health Center (ZCCHC) in Zuni, New Mexico.

This solicitation is set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) pursuant to the Buy Indian Act 25 U.S.C 47 as the first (1st) tier. If IHS, does not receive reasonably priced quotes from Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE), IHS will then evaluate quotes and consider award to other small business concerns, as second (2nd) tiers. The solicitation document incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04.
