Solicitation No. 75H70725Q00052 is hereby issued by Indian Health Services (IHS), Albuquerque Area Office, has a requirement for dental laboratory service agreement for the dental department located at Zuni Comprehensive Community Health Center (ZCCHC) in Zuni, New Mexico This solicitation is set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) pursuant to the Buy Indian Act 25 U.S.C 47 as the first (1st) tier.

If IHS, does not receive reasonably priced offers from Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE), IHS will then evaluate quotes and consider award to other small business concerns, as second (2nd) tier.
