## Description

Amend 0001 for Q&A and to extend the due date to March 03, 2025 by 03:00 PM (MT). Solicitation No. 75H70725Q00049 is hereby issued by Indian Health Services (IHS), Albuquerque Area Office, has a requirement to upgrade their internet speed for Zuni Comprehensive Community Health Center (ZCCHC) in Zuni, New Mexico This solicitation is set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) pursuant to the Buy Indian Act 25 U.S.C 47 as the first (1st) tier.

If IHS, does not receive reasonably priced offers from Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE), IHS will then evaluate quotes and consider award to other small business concerns, as second (2nd) tier. The solicitation document incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03.
