## Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12318726Q0190 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for 3-Passenger Enclosed UTV. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.

The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 336999 All Other Transportation Equipment Manufacturing. The small business size standard is 1,000 employees. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. The U.S. Forest Service requires, two (2) Utility Task Vehicle (UTV) needed for field work: Must support off?trail travel on varied terrain (rocky, muddy, forested, snow-covered).

Must be fully 4?season capable (spring, summer, fall, winter), including cold-weather operation. Must provide seating for 3 occupants with appropriate restraints for safe personnel transport. Requires adequate cargo space to carry field equipment such as: Chainsaws, Fuel containers, Project materials and tools. Should safely transport both people and supplies at the same time without compromising stability, visibility, or operator safety.
