## Description

This is a notifcation of intent on a Sole Source award to LDIA HOLDINGS LLC DBA: PROMETHEUS Security Group Global.

**Description of Product:**

**Objectives:** Install VICADS in room S1.148, Facility Operations Center. Install one VICADS Personal Viewer workstation, including monitor, and setup.

**General Requirements:** Project includes, but not limited to the following work elements. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, services and incidentals. No alterations, additions, or deletions shall be made unless by prior approval of the Facility Related Control Systems Program Manager and the government Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO). Work shall be completed in a neat, substantial and competent manner.
