## Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. 75H70727Q00006 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to provide Recruitment Video Production Services This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. Only Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) will be considered for award under this solicitation.

This exclusivity is being applied to further the purposes of the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47, and HHSAR Subpart 326.6, which promote economic development, business growth, and increased contracting opportunities for Indian-owned small businesses. Limiting competition to ISBEEs at this stage ensures priority consideration for eligible Indian-owned firms and supports the Government’s commitment to fostering Indian economic enterprises within the acquisition process.
