Amend 0001 - to provide update and extend the due date to March 24, 2026 at 03:00 PM. Solicitation No. 75H70726Q00036 is hereby issued by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Indian Health Service (IHS) with the Albuquerque Area Office (AAO), has a requirement for Non-Personal Healthcare Optometrist Services for the Optometry Clinic located Zuni Comprehensive Community Health Center (ZCCHC) in Zuni, New Mexico.

This solicitation is set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) pursuant to the Buy Indian Act 25 U.S.C 47 as the first (1st) tier.
