Amend 0001 is hereby issued and to extend the due to August 16, 2024 at 03:00 PM. Solicitation No. 75H70724Q00120 is hereby issued by Indian Health Services (IHS), Albuquerque Area Office, who has a requirement for Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and System (HCAHPS) for Zuni Comprehensive Community Health Center (ZCCHC) located in Zuni, New Mexico.
