Washington Headquarters Services/Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice (SSN) on behalf of the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security (OUSD(I&S)), All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO).
