The Government requires limited information from prospective offerors prior to release of a solicitation. As such, the Government requests all industry partners interested in providing a proposal as a prime contractor respond to this notice, state that they are interested in participating as a prime contractor and provide the unclassified email addresses of up to three (3) individuals who will receive further guidance on receiving the solicitation.
