## Description

The Sustainment Modernization Experiments (SMEx) is a venue for Army Sustainment to provide capability developers, the Science and Technology (S&T) community, and industry a repeatable, credible, rigorous, and validated operational experiment supporting both concept and materiel development. The SMEx event provides operational insights on experiment objectives by integrating prototype capabilities into an operational environment. Experimentation is executed through Live Prototyping and Assessment.

**EXPERIMENT TIMELINE 31 May 2024:** Technology submissions due 3-7 June 2024 : Technology submissions review 14 June 2024 : Technology selections announced 30 July 2024 (T): Initial Planning Conference 31 March - 11 April 2025 Experiment Execution
