## Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is advertising for the right to award a lease for a storage space for the US Army Pacific G2 office located in Honolulu, Hawaii. The requirements for consideration of award will are specified in the attached Solicitation for Lease Proposal. The Standard Government lease format shall be used. Competitive rates of base cost per square feet for annual rent (see attached Solicitation for Lease Proposal Form). Lease will be awarded to the most economically advantageous bid which provides best value to the government.
