## Description

SLAC seeks vendors that can submit a Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment Proposal for Critical Utilities Infrastructure Revitalization (CUIR) Master Substation (MSS) High Voltage (HV) Transformer in accordance with the RFP and the proposal preparation requirements and other applicable documents attached herewith. SLAC intends to replace the two existing High Voltage (HV) Transformers (T-1 and T-2) currently installed outdoor at the Master Substation (MSS).

The CUIR team conducted a Pre-Solicitation round in November 2023 and has modified the content of this RFP to include valuable industry input on lead time and trends. For a detailed understanding of our specific requirements for the two transformers, please refer to the RFP documentation including the specification document CUIR-PTS-0064-R2.

Your proposal must be received no later than Friday July 26, 2024, 4 PM PST and be valid for 90 days after submission SLAC_RFP_346009(SL)_Amd01 is released to address clarification questions received. The RFP due date remains the same. Acknowledgement of Amd01 by signing the Amd01 cover page is required for submission with proposal. SLAC_RFP_346009(SL)_Amd02 is released to address clarification questions received. The RFP due date remains the same.

Acknowledgement of Amd02 by signing the Amd02 cover page is required for submission with proposal. SLAC_RFP_346009(SL)_Amd03 is released to address clarification questions received. The RFP due date remains the same. Acknowledgement of Amd03 by signing the Amd02 cover page is required for submission with proposal.
