## Description

AMENDMENT NO. 1 INCORPORATES THE RESPONSES TO THE OFFEROR'S REQUEST FOR CLARIFICATIONS DATED JULY 15, 2024 AND EXTENDS THE DUE DATE OF THE PROPOSAL FROM JULY 31, 2024 TO AUGUST 16, 2024, 5:00 PM PST. SLAC seeks vendors to submit a firm-fixed-price proposal in accordance with Line Items in Section B of the attached RFP package and the proposal preparation requirements and other applicable provided documents.

Your proposal must be received no later than Wednesday, July 31, 2024, 5:00 PM Pacific, and be valid for 90 days after submission. Submissions shall be provided by electronic files in PDF format. Availability of Funds. This solicitation is issued in advance of receipt of funds required to award a subcontract. Funds are expected to become available on or before July 31, 2024. No legal liability on the part of the University for any payments may arise until funds are made available and subcontract is awarded.
