## Description

The mission objective is to replace above ground fiber with underground fiber conduit in order to better facilitate testing with new infrastructure. The fiber conduit will be run to the location of a new range support building where testing will be conducted from, and data will be collected. The contractor shall directionally bore and place approximately 1015 LF (2) 4” HDPE SDR 13.5 conduits with all necessary 90° elbows, ¼” pull line and stainless-steel copper coated tracer wire.
