A copy of this sole source justification is available upon request. Atlas Devices is the sole manufacturer of these devices and does not authorize any other vendor to perform this maintenance. These life safety devices are used for moving personnel and equipment in high-angle and maritime environments. The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of 6.302-1 -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice will be distributed solely through Sam.gov. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring Sam.gov to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.
