**THIS IS NOT AN RFQ.** THIS IS NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE.** The Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Professional Services Acquisition Unit (PSAU), has prepared this justification for other than full and open competition for technical research, testing, and capability development for counter IED and UAS program on behalf of the FBI, Critical Response Group (CIRG), Hazardous Devices Tools and Technology Unit (HDTTU).
