Answer: The FBI requires that courses end with assessment of some sort (certification or otherwise) that can be reported to FBI’s Program Managers for recording increased technical proficiency in students. The FBI expects technical proficiency in vendors’ instructors/contractors, which may be demonstrated by exceptional career record or certifications. Question 3: This RFI was posted on eBuy today as RFQ1742765 with a link to GSA MRAS. The RFI on GSA MRAS asks for past performance while this RFI asks not to submit past performance. Can you clarify?
