CIRG has a requirement for a Medical Instructor that is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Emergency Medicine and medical countermeasures to WMD substances. The services provided by the vendor will enable medical personnel from the National Operational Medical Unit (NOMU) as well as partners to be better able to counter the medical effects of the WMD threat spectrum and protect FBI and DoD personnel.
