The North American Classification System Code (NAICS) is 334516, Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing. Foster and Freeman USA, Inc. is a Small Business. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is Title 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1) as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.” Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement by contacting Contracting Officer (CO) Bryan Lane via email only at bvlane@fbi.gov, no later than August 6th, 2024, at 10:00 AM, (EST). Only emailed responses will be considered. No phone calls. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
