These robots require CrossLab Silver services and software upgrades on an annual basis to ensure continued operations. Agilent Technologies is the sole source provider for CrossLab Silver services. Justification available upon request. This notice will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's System for Awards Management website (www.SAM.gov). Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The North American Classification System Code is 334516, Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing and Product Service Code, 6640, Laboratory Equipment and Supplies. The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, per FAR 5.207(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
