This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, interested parties may submit interests and/or capabilities statement in response to this requirement by contacting the Contracting Officer via email at mbrantley@fbi.gov, no later than 1:00PM (eastern) 12 September 2024. Only emailed responses will be considered. A Government determination not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice will be made at the sole discretion of the Government. Interested sources that submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature. The Government shall not reimburse interested sources for any information provided.
